Rockwool and galvanise or aluminium plate application to industrial vapor lines. Glass wool and galvanise or aluminium plate application to hot water lines.

SThe appropriate material depend on area of usage between glass wool, rock wool, ceramic wool, glass foam, polyurethane, elasthomeric rubber is selected, depending on the factors such as surface width of hot insulation applications, fluid temperature and the exposure to indoor or outside conditions of pipe, surface or tank systems to be insulated.

Imparts durability and vapor resistance to the system via coating the insulated surfaces of pipe, tank and equipment with materials such as aluminium, stainless, galvanize, aluzinc, pvc.

Hot insulation application is and ideal system for thermic plants insulation, natural gas plant insulation, cement factory insulation, glass production facilities, chemical production facilities, food production facilities, cooling towers, heating-dryer ovens, hot oil installations, vapor boiler and installations, wall, ground and roof surfaces and where special heat insulation is required.
